Please correct me if I am wrong.......
I have one question about this entire situation.
If the Navarre Pass comes in, will this have any affect on future hurricanes?
By this I mean, Navarre Beach is a "barrier island" and if we cut a hole in the "barrier" will this allow more water to flood the mainlands?
I pay enough money in Insurance & Property Taxes to live here, and as I am sure that everyone will agree, we are all going "insurance poor". So if the pass goes through, will the Insurance Companies have to redo the "flood zones"?
I don't know where to look to get these answers, so please can someone tell me if these are legitimate concerns? If I am wrong I am 100% for the Pass, but if I am right, and this will compromise my Family & Homes safety, I am 100% against it.
